Join us for a truly transformational breathwork experience!

Transformational Breath® is a powerful healing modality that decreases stress and tension and allows participants to connect to their higher selves & innate guidance.

We will first set an intention raise our vibration via energetic movement, breathe a guided continuous conscious & connected breath (bringing together a powerful breathing paired w/ complete relaxation, a very unique state that most people rarely access!) toning, light movement, and integration.

This breathwork is based on 3 levels so it is all encompassing; Physical, Mental/Emotional, and Spiritual. You will be supported the entire time.

Discover how breathing is the key to transformation!

Please wear comfortable clothes, bring a yoga mat or blanket to lay on, water, pillow, and a blanket to cover with. Eat lightly and allow time for digestion prior to class. Please refrain from wearing any strong perfumes.

Emily Archer M.A. is a college professor, yoga instructor, and breathwork facilitator. She holds a certification in Transformational Breath® and has trained with founder Dr. Judith Kravitz, a leading world expert in breathwork. Over the last 5 years she has facilitated hundreds of people in this magical and life changing modality.
