Reiki I is foundation of this practice and is often referred to as Reiki for beginners. You will learn the fundamental practices of Reiki, its history, how to give Reiki to yourself, family members, others, and animals. Japanese and Western techniques are also taught along with practice time with fellow students. You will also learn how to live from the sacred space of your heart which will allow you to channel Reiki energy with ease. Reiki I initiation and certificate will be awarded.
