She received her Karuna Reiki® Master training directly from William Lee Rand, founder of the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT) — a lineage that connects her teaching to the very source of Holy Fire Reiki.
With over a decade of experience, Elizabeth has guided hundreds of students through Reiki training and certification, and has worked with countless clients in her healing practice, Au Naturale Spa & Wellness in Florida. Her unique background blends holistic beauty, energy medicine, and spiritual practice with her studies in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, creating a retreat experience that is both deeply spiritual and profoundly grounding.
Elizabeth is known for her compassionate teaching style, her ability to hold safe and sacred space, and her gift of helping others reconnect with their authentic selves.
