This advanced sound healing course focuses on utilizing Tibetan bowls to shift negative emotions into positive energy and restore the body’s natural harmony. Participants will learn techniques to help clients transform emotions such as fear, anger, and sadness into states of forgiveness, unconditional love, and joy. This course also integrates sound healing protocols with massage therapy to regulate the nervous system, alleviate vagus nerve tension, and reduce muscle spasms or uncontrollable twitching in the limbs.

By mastering the use of Tibetan bowls and sound frequencies, students will gain the ability to release emotional pain through vibrational therapy, targeting specific meridians and connecting with the energetic frequency of the heart to develop deeper compassion for clients.

Learning Outcomes:

– Restore the nervous system using specific intervals and Tibetan bowls during or before massage sessions.

– Stimulate and alleviate vagus nerve tension using sound therapy.

– Address muscle twitching and tension through targeted sound intervals.

– Shift negative emotions like fear, anger, and sadness into positive feelings of love, forgiveness, and joy through vibrational healing.

– Apply meridian knowledge to release physical pain using sound and voice.

– Enhance compassion and unconditional love through heart-centered energy work.

What to Bring:
Yoga mat, bolsters, blanket, massage table or chair, notebook, Tibetan bowl, Tingshas, water, and food or snacks.

Each class in this series is cumulative, but you can take them individually. Upon completion, you will earn 8 CEUs and advance your skills in the healing power of sound.

Your instructor: Fabiola Kindt, NCBTMB #1000662, born and raised in Mexico, has been passionate about energy healing from a young age. She began her journey as a Kundalini yoga instructor and later worked over 500 hours as a Hatha Yoga Teacher’s teacher in Florida. In 2011, Fabiola studied under Ojela Frank to become a Breath and Meditation instructor, and she also became a Reiki Master that same year.

In 2012, she graduated from the Florida College of Natural Health as a licensed massage therapist, completing over 600 hours of training. From 2013 to 2019, she expanded her expertise by studying the art of Sound Healing with Tibetan bowls in Mexico and the U.K. under renowned masters such as Sundeep Lamsal, Suren Shrestha, and Tony Neck. Fabiola has since dedicated her practice to helping people recover their health and well-being through vibrational sound therapy, focusing on muscle trauma recovery, the nervous system, and brain health.
