In this hands-on class, you will learn to align energy centers using multiple Tibetan bowls and Tingshas, enhancing your ability to restore balance and promote healing. Ideal for massage therapists, energy healers, or anyone looking to deepen their knowledge of sound therapy, this course offers practical techniques to help clients achieve relaxation and energy alignment.

Learning Outcomes:

– Restore Qi Energy: Learn to restore the body’s Qi using music intervals and by placing bowls next to and on the body.

– Integrate Sound into Massage: Demonstrate how to use sound healing in a massage session to trigger the relaxation response.

– Enhance Intuition and Relaxation: Develop greater attention and intuition while using harmonic Tingshas over the head to relax the body.

– Recognize Imbalances: Identify physical and emotional imbalances through knowledge of the chakras.

– Bridge Chakras for Healing: Understand how to use mid-range chakras as bridges to balance the primary energy centers, and apply this technique with Tibetan bowls.

– Proficiency in Sound Healing: Demonstrate proficiency in balancing energy centers using both your voice and Tibetan bowls.

– Biofield Awareness: Sense the biofield and trigger the relaxation response using sound.

– Vedic vs. Tibetan Systems: Recognize the differences between the Vedic and Tibetan systems and apply this understanding when choosing bowls and treatments.

What to Bring:
Yoga mat, bolsters, blanket, massage table or chair, notebook, Tibetan bowl, Tingshas, water, and food or snacks.

Each class in this series is cumulative, but you can take them individually. Upon completion, you will earn 8 CEUs and advance your skills in the healing power of sound.

Your instructor: Fabiola Kindt, NCBTMB #1000662, born and raised in Mexico, has been passionate about energy healing from a young age. She began her journey as a Kundalini yoga instructor and later worked over 500 hours as a Hatha Yoga Teacher’s teacher in Florida. In 2011, Fabiola studied under Ojela Frank to become a Breath and Meditation instructor, and she also became a Reiki Master that same year.

In 2012, she graduated from the Florida College of Natural Health as a licensed massage therapist, completing over 600 hours of training. From 2013 to 2019, she expanded her expertise by studying the art of Sound Healing with Tibetan bowls in Mexico and the U.K. under renowned masters such as Sundeep Lamsal, Suren Shrestha, and Tony Neck. Fabiola has since dedicated her practice to helping people recover their health and well-being through vibrational sound therapy, focusing on muscle trauma recovery, the nervous system, and brain health.
